1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open a bq77 account you must be at least 18 years old. You must also be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under your local laws. It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply where you live.

2 One Account per Player

Each player may hold only one active bq77 account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked by name, phone number, bKash/Nagad wallet, device fingerprint, or IP address, we will close the duplicates and may confiscate any balances or pending winnings associated with them.

Sharing your login credentials with another person is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3 Deposits & Minimum Amounts

bq77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT (৳). Deposits typically arrive within 4 minutes of confirmation from your payment provider.

Deposits made from a wallet or bank account that does not belong to you will be returned and may trigger an account review. bq77 does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4 Withdrawals: Limits & Timing

You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your KYC verification is complete and you have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

5 Bonus Rules & Wagering

6 Game Conduct & Fair Play

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bq77 may suspend or permanently close an account if we detect:

• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited software.
• Provision of false identity information.
• Underage gambling (player is under 18).

When an account is closed for a policy breach, any balance derived from fraudulent activity is forfeited. Legitimate funds that were deposited but not won through fraudulent means will be returned after a review period, minus any bonuses or cashback credited.
